Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Development Consultant, you'll focus purely on developing and nurturing relationships with new clients across the Globe. You'll focus on one of our world-defining industries, supporting a team of Account Managers by bringing on new vacancies.
Being a Business Development Consultant includes but is not limited to:
- Developing a good understanding of client companies, their place in the industry as a whole and the vacancies they have available
- Proactive headhunting of key decision makers at target clients
- Negotiation of terms on behalf of MRL with new clients to secure partnerships
- Nurture relationships with existing clients and expanding our involvement with them across disciplines and geographies
