Initial Call
One of our consultants will get in touch to find out what's essential for you to take that next career step. We'll discuss your personal and professional aspirations, background and experience and, ultimately, help coach and advise you on how to make your next move your best yet and get the most out of your career.
The Interview Process
We'll arrange client interviews and help you prepare for them in advance. We’ll also answer any questions you might have, share best practices and help ensure you make the best impression possible. We'll share feedback after each interview too – it’s all part of our promise to support you throughout the entire process.
Accepting an Offer
Once you’re through the interview stage, we'll help you through the offer and acceptance part of the journey - making sure you get everything you need out of this important next step in your career. We'll also negotiate on your behalf to ensure we secure the best offer possible from your new employer.
Starting your new role
Once you've accepted the offer, we'll help you arrange your start date and get you ready for the first day in your new role. We’ll also stay in contact with you during your notice period and, once you have started your new role, make sure you have settled into it seamlessly.
MRL Aftercare
Once you've had a chance to settle into your new role, we'll check in a few weeks after to make sure everything is okay and you've settled in well. Hopefully, everything will be fine, but we’ll remain on hand should we be needed to help in any way in those early days.
