Key Responsibilities:

? Lead Customer Interactions – Own customer inquiries, providing expert support on sales, order processing, and issue resolution.
? Advanced Pricing & Order Management – Handle pricing requests, renewals, and adjustments while managing the entire order lifecycle from entry to shipment.
? Problem Solving & Process Improvement – Identify and resolve challenges efficiently while driving workflow enhancements for a smoother customer experience.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and top-tier service.
? Customer Experience Excellence – Manage escalations with professionalism, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring:

? Proven experience in high-volume customer support, ideally in a technical or electronics environment.
? Strong expertise in order management, pricing, and CRM systems.
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze and report data effectively.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
