Job Description:
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in optimizing and expanding the company's Salesforce platform to enhance our customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities and streamline operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales & marketing, manufacturing and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, improve data visibility, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce implementation and customization projects, from gathering requirements to deployment.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions tailored to the specific needs of the semiconductor and capital equipment sectors.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business applications and systems.
- Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce, ideally with a focus on customization, administration, and configuration.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
- Experience in the semiconductor or capital equipment sectors is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
