To drive innovation and technical leadership, they are seeking a Technical Design Manager to lead semiconductor design projects and oversee the development of custom ASICs and modules. This role is based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage custom semiconductor design projects, ensuring technical excellence from concept to production.
• Oversee the development of ASICs, SoCs, and modules, optimizing for performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including circuit designers, process engineers, and product managers, to align technical requirements with customer needs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineers and driving best practices in design methodologies, simulation, and validation.
• Ensure designs meet reliability, quality, and industry standards, including DFM and testability considerations.
• Engage with clients to translate specifications into tailored semiconductor solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in semiconductor design and development, with a focus on custom ASICs, SoCs, or modules.
• Strong background in analog, digital, and mixed-signal design.
• Experience in EDA tools, simulation, and verification methodologies.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, packaging, and test strategies.
• Ability to lead technical teams and projects, ensuring alignment with customer and business goals.
