What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Sales and Technical Engagements: Own the sales process, managing the entire design-in cycle with customers across various technical sectors, including microelectronics and manufacturing.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture key accounts (OEMs), and grow your network with regional distribution partners to build a robust customer base and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide Technical Solutions & Support: Serve as a trusted technical resource by analyzing customer needs, leveraging product expertise, and representing our client at trade shows and events.
  • Own Your Territory: Take full responsibility for driving revenue within your designated territory by managing accounts, supporting EMS customers, and collaborating with distribution partners through joint visits and training.
  • Drive Growth: Present innovative solutions to customer challenges, aiming for sales objectives that contribute directly to the company’s success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years of OEM sales experience, ideally in a technical or component sales environment.
  • Languages: Fluent French and English speaker with excellent communication skills in both.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ideally, a background in electromechanics or semiconductor technology (detailed product training provided).
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to build strong client relationships and a knack for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Flexibility & Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
