Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company as a delegate in 3GPP RAN1, advocating for proposals related to 5G-Advanced and 6G.
• Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and foster partnerships.
• Mentor and train new delegates to build a strong standards team.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in 3GPP or related areas in wireless communications.
• Doctoral or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in influencing industry standards and working in multi-company negotiations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for standards meetings.
