Are you ready to be the leader for AI for a global semiconductor leader?
Role:
- Report directly to the Director of the AIS Business Line and lead a team focused on optimizing architectures for future AI SoCs.
- Collaborate with design and product management teams to define hardware partitioning, select the best IPs, and validate designs.
- Participate in the full product development cycle and support software and application teams during customer follow-up in the alpha program.
- Ensure your team has a deep understanding of acceleration IPs and stays updated on AI acceleration solutions from partners and competitors.
- Engage with the wider community, partners, and global customers.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Architect or Design Team Manager for integrated system architecture.
- Experience implementing IP acceleration solutions, preferably for Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong understanding of the business and design cycle of SoCs, including development impacts.
- Proven ability to assess and challenge design strategies and technological solutions.
- Experience managing complex projects in a matrix environment.
- Knowledge of embedded AI, its constraints for MCUs/MPUs, and key market IPs.
- Strong communication skills to share technical visions with management, colleagues, and strategic customers.
