Are you ready to take on the challenge of driving business growth in the Automotive or Semiconductor Markets?

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

 

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to conduct lead generation activities and cultivate relationships with prospective clients in the Semiconductor or Automotive industry. You'll collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement business plans and marketing initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Semiconductor or Automotive customers.

• Develop, manage, and implement business plans and marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to strategy formulation and define optimal market approaches.

• Communicate monthly target progress to the UK Managing Director.

• Participate in tradeshows and industry conferences.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Recruitment Industry sector.

• Significant experience in the semiconductor/Autmotive industry in a business development role.

• Proven track record of developing new relationships through business development activities.

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• High degree of personal commitment, focus, application, and a positive attitude.
