Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in capacitors, high-frequency components, and sensor technologies.
  • Identify and engage with OEMs, semiconductor manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders to drive sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and commercial solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to refine sales and product strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to tailor solutions for client needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or key account management within the semiconductor or electronic components industry.
  • Strong understanding of capacitors, high-frequency technologies, and sensor applications.
  • Ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles and engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in German and English.
