To expand their presence in Germany, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales, partnerships, and market growth within the semiconductor ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in capacitors, high-frequency components, and sensor technologies.
- Identify and engage with OEMs, semiconductor manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders to drive sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and commercial solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to refine sales and product strategies.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, or key account management within the semiconductor or electronic components industry.
- Strong understanding of capacitors, high-frequency technologies, and sensor applications.
- Ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles and engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in German and English.
