We are recruiting on behalf of a leading semiconductor company specializing in Analog Design for a Head of Sales & Business Development EMEA. This is a senior leadership role with a focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for EMEA, aligned with global business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to align commercial efforts with technology roadmaps.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to shape product and sales strategies.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry, particularly in analog design.
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market and its key players.
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
