We are recruiting on behalf of a leading semiconductor company specializing in Analog Design for a Head of Sales & Business Development EMEA. This is a senior leadership role with a focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for EMEA, aligned with global business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to align commercial efforts with technology roadmaps.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to shape product and sales strategies.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry, particularly in analog design.
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market and its key players.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
