Our focus is on advancing PAs for future Radio Systems across various domains, including research, pre-development, product evolution, and post-market support. Our projects encompass a wide spectrum of power levels and frequencies, catering to both narrowband and broadband mobile applications.

The Role In Detail

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate professional relationships and engage in networking activities.

To Excel in This Role, You Should Possess:

  • A university degree, ideally an MS in electronics or engineering physics, or a PhD in a PA-related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of domain experience in PA design.
  • A solid understanding of business dynamics.

Key Proficiencies:

  • Extensive experience in power amplifier work, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with various stakeholders, such as transistor vendors, mobile infrastructure providers, academic institutions, or research organizations.
  • Proficiency in ADS or AWR, with a favorable perspective on experience in HFSS.
  • Familiarity with a variety of laboratory equipment, with an advantage for those accustomed to load-pull equipment.
  • Expertise in different PA modes and architectural designs.
  • Knowledge of transistor technology and familiarity with various device vendors.
  • Experience with MCM or MMIC.
  • Exposure to innovation, GaN technology, wideband applications, and volume production.
