Our client is a leading provider of semiconductor equipment, specializing in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technology. They develop cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation in the semiconductor industry, supporting high-precision thin-film deposition processes.

To strengthen their product management function, they are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the full product lifecycle of ALD semiconductor tools. This role will focus on strategic roadmap development, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet market demands and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap, aligning with market needs and company strategy.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market penetration to obsolescence.
  • Maintain and improve the product configurator, Bill of Materials (BoM), and cost engineering to optimize value.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes in collaboration with engineering teams.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key liaison with customers, gathering feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Support technical meetings, industry events, and competitive market analysis.
  • Engage with suppliers, industry bodies, and external partners to enhance product positioning.

Business Planning & KPI Ownership

  • Support budget planning, strategic decision-making, and competitive analysis.
  • Define and maintain KPIs for product management, including cost variance, change management, and customer escalation tracking.
  • Provide training and documentation for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong engineering background, typically a BSc or MSc in an engineering-related field.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate technical and complex information to internal teams and customers.
  • Knowledge of quality management tools (e.g., Cause and Effect, QRQC, FTA).
  • Basic financial understanding of CoO, BoM, Markup, and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive technical discussions and decision-making.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of product architecture and semiconductor equipment standards (SEMI S2, SEMI S8, ISO-12100, ISO-13849).
  • Experience in thin film processes such as ALD, PVD, CVD, LP-CVD, or PECVD.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 30 days per year, including customer meetings and industry events.
