Job Opportunity: Sales Manager - Europe

Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional with a strong network in the Embedded Software industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excited about cutting-edge cybersecurity and software safety solutions? We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across France and the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts in France and DACH regions, with a focus on new account acquisition and customer growth.
  • Target the Embedded Automotive sector while expanding into key markets such as Semiconductors, IoT, Telecoms, Defence, and Aeronautics.
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives, roll out value-based selling methodologies, and build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Formulate and implement business plans, including via indirect channels, to drive revenue, market share, and business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Work closely with marketing teams, offering feedback on market positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, particularly in Embedded Software, ideally with expertise in the Automotive sector.
  • Proven track record of winning large enterprise deals and growing major accounts.
  • Established relationships with C/C++ software development or testing teams.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about technology.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle and market dynamics.
  • Fluent in French, German, and English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across France and DACH region.
