What You'll Do

  • Analyse market trends and customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in sales, ideally within the electronics, components, or technology industries.
  • A strong understanding of the electronic component market, supply chain dynamics, or distribution channels.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect at all levels of an organization.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering excellence.
  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe.
