The Role
We are recruiting an Account Manager to drive business growth in France for an established company in the semiconductor sector. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a technical product portfolio to semiconductor companies across the region. You will focus on developing long-term relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand existing client relationships within the French semiconductor industry.

Identify and capitalise on new business and market opportunities.

Provide expert advice on the product portfolio, offering customised solutions to meet client needs.

Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximise business success.

Work closely with internal teams and international colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Travel frequently (50-75%) to meet clients and strengthen business relationships.
Your Profile

Experience: 5-8 years of proven sales experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in B2B sales of a technical product portfolio.

Technical Background: Engineering degree or equivalent technical expertise to communicate effectively with clients.

Skills & Traits: Dynamic, proactive, and customer-focused with strong negotiation skills.

Languages: Fluent in French and English.

Digital Skills: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Odoo) and digital sales tools.

Location: Preferably based in a technology hub such as Paris, Grenoble, or Aix-en-Provence.
