Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Manage Customer Relationships – Build strong partnerships with key customers to drive long-term business success.
  • Drive New Business Growth – Identify and convert new opportunities with your customers to grow the accounts.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service - Help with any and all queries and issues with your accounts, building trust solidifying the relationship
  • Negotiate & Close Deals – Leverage strong negotiation skills to maximize sales potential, ensure competitive pricing, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales support teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Keep up with industry developments to identify opportunities and position the company as a preferred supplier.

 

What You Bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Power & RF markets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
