Job Title: Analog Design Engineer (US)

We are seeking experienced Analog Design Engineers to join a really exciting semiconductor business remotely in the US. If you have a passion for high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuit design, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-speed circuits (TIAs, modulator drivers, laser drivers, CTLEs, VGAs) with bandwidths ? 10GHz
  • Work on low-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits (opamps, bandgaps, DACs, ADCs)
  • Perform high-speed analog/RF layout and EM modeling (inductors, T-coils, transmission lines)
  • Develop in SiGe BiCMOS, FD-SOI CMOS, and other analog-focused silicon technologies
  • Conduct lab testing & debug of analog & mixed-signal ICs
  • Utilize Python, Verilog-A, and Cadence SKILL for design automation and verification

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-speed analog IC design
  • Strong background in mixed-signal architectures
  • Hands-on experience with EM simulation, layout optimization, and lab debugging
  • Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools
