About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth in the USA. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our extensive product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Growth:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand customer challenges and provide solutions that leverage our platform's strengths.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the electronics industry.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
