Job Description: As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of a large-scale data center project in Frankfurt. You will oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, quality standards, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with specific experience in data center projects and a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all construction activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones and deliverables, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Specific experience in data center construction is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Valid certifications in construction management and safety (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are advantageous.
