What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for customers across the DACH region
Handle order processing, quotations, and customer inquiries with speed and accuracy
Work closely with internal teams including sales, logistics, and technical support
Maintain up-to-date records in SAP and CRM systems
 Help identify opportunities to improve service and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Bring:
? Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within the electronics or manufacturing industry
? Strong communication skills in German and English (both spoken and written)
? A detail-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude
? Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
? Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
