As the Director of System Test, you will drive the planning, execution, and tracking of system tests designed to exercise SoC solutions under real world conditions.

What You'll Do

As the Director of System Test, you'll be our first customer and last line of defense for quality. This role will work with the Software Development, Design Verification, Architecture, Validation, and Applications teams to incorporate customer facing software/hardware into platforms that enable automated testing of customer use cases, power scenarios, and security functions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Architecting automated test environments that push our SoCs to their limits
• Collaborating with global teams and customers to integrate customer needs into our test strategies
• Manage and develop a small team of skilled system test engineers
• Driving innovation in test methodologies for ultra-low power technologies
• Interfacing with executive management to report progress and roadblocks and set priorities and schedules.
• Develop and review test plans and procedures in preparation for system testing.
• Provide hands-on support to system test engineers in solving difficult technical problems
• Actively participate in architecture planning and design reviews for PCBs designed for system testing.
