If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading distributor of high-performance electronic components and systems, specializing in the distribution of high quality, cutting edge semiconductors.

As our European Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across EMEA. You will lead a team of talented sales professionals to develop and execute winning strategies, build strong relationships with our franchised distributors, and maximize our market share across the region. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of our business in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of FAEs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Inside Sales representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, including territory planning, account management, and demand generation programs.
  • Manage and grow our network of franchised distributors across EMEA, ensuring optimal coverage and performance through regular communication, business reviews, and joint planning sessions.
  • Conduct regular product and sales training sessions to equip distributor sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and address customer needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel regularly throughout the EMEA region to meet with distributors, customers, and partners. (approx. 50% travel)

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the semiconductor industry, with a focus on distribution channel management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Business; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are highly advantageous.
