Job Opportunity: Key Account Manager
Location : UK / Remote


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to join a dynamic team at a fast-growing company in the e-mobility sector. This role is essential for driving business development by identifying and nurturing key relationships with 3PL providers and retailers in the UK market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, initiate, and grow a portfolio of 3PL and retailer clients within the LCV sector. Build long-term, recurring customer relationships, aligning with their sustainability and operational goals.

  • Solution Sales: Lead the sales process by developing comprehensive solution proposals tailored to customer needs, including vehicle and service packages. You will be instrumental in negotiating contracts and overseeing project execution.

  • Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of market trends, key drivers, and the regulatory environment affecting  logistics. Leverage this knowledge to position the company's innovative solutions as essential tools for improving customer efficiency, safety, and ESG compliance.

  • Project Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to co-design solutions that enhance customers' profitability and operational efficiency. Oversee the implementation and ongoing evolution of these solutions to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and support teams to align solutions with customer expectations. Promote a customer-first mindset within the organization and drive internal awareness of evolving client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management within complex environments, with a track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals.

  • Strong understanding of the logistics sector; experience with LCV (Light Commercial Vehicles) or e-mobility is a significant plus.

  • Ability to develop tailored solutions and drive project execution while collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills, with a high level of customer focus and engagement in sustainability transitions (ESG, health, safety).

  • Agile, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a fluency in English.
