Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Manage Customer Relationships – Build strong partnerships with OEMs, EMS providers, and key industry players to drive long-term business success.
- Drive New Business Growth – Identify and convert new opportunities within the electronic components market, focusing on strategic sourcing and supply chain solutions.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive high-quality components, optimized procurement solutions, and tailored supply chain strategies.
- Negotiate & Close Deals – Leverage strong negotiation skills to maximize sales potential, ensure competitive pricing, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and sales support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Keep up with industry developments to identify opportunities and position the company as a preferred supplier.
What You Bring:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within electronic component distribution, brokerage, or supply chain solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
