Product Engineer | Semiconductors

We are recruiting a Product Engineer to enhance the efficiency and performance of product engineering processes within a leading semiconductor environment. This role involves strategic process analysis, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project timelines are met by coordinating with internal teams, managing priorities, and resolving conflicts.
• Conduct strategic analysis of engineering workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Utilize data analysis, modeling, and simulations to assess risks and optimize engineering activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on KPIs and feedback.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to document the impact of process improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product engineering team.
• Ensure that engineering processes adhere to industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and process optimization tools.
• Strong knowledge of Gantt charts, Microsoft Office, and workflow management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
