We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to coordinate global development projects within the Power Transistor Sub-Group. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and strategic planning to drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage global development programs within the Power Transistor Sub-Group.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain teams to align project goals.
  • Monitor milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively addressing challenges.
  • Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear communication.
  • Track project KPIs, performance metrics, and deliverables, providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and process inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes.

Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a background in power semiconductors is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in program or project management within the semiconductor or power electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and global supply chains.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, risk assessment methodologies, and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
