As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System, defining and implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

As a Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System, defining and implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Champion quality by maintaining and improving our robust Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop and maintain clear and concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to guide operations.
- Push new certifications and memberships such as AS9120 and AS6081
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO9001.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on quality principles, tools, and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Management within a technical environment, ideally in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of quality principles, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Kaizen, 8D).
- Experience with international quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO9001.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
