Our client, a global leader in LED lighting solutions, is looking for a Sales Manager, based in Germany, to drive business growth in the Benelux region. This is an opportunity to join an industry leader, developing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders in the professional lighting sector.
The Role
- Develop and manage sales across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, working with distributors, specifiers, contractors, and end-users
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence
- Provide technical expertise and tailored lighting solutions to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in B2B sales within LED lighting, electrical solutions, or building services
- Strong network within distributors, M&E consultants, and contractors in the Benelux region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
