Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, including territory planning, account management, and demand generation programs.
- Manage and grow our network of franchised distributors across California, ensuring optimal coverage and performance through regular communication, business reviews, and joint planning sessions.
- Conduct regular product and sales training sessions to equip distributor sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and address customer needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the semiconductor industry, with a focus on distribution channel management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and sales reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Business; MBA or equivalent preferred.
