Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in 3GPP RAN1 meetings, contributing to the advancement of global radio standards.

• Develop and present technical proposals, helping shape the future of wireless networks.

• Create innovative concepts and contribute to the development of intellectual property.

• Design and evaluate new radio access technologies, with a strong focus on physical layer specifications.

• Utilize simulation tools to validate and refine proposed solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align research with business objectives.

• Provide technical insights and present findings to clients and industry stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Ph.D. is highly desirable.

• At least 7 years of experience participating in 3GPP standardization efforts, particularly in RAN1.

• Strong track record of developing intellectual property related to 3GPP standards.

• Deep understanding of 5G NR and emerging wireless technologies.

• Excellent technical writing, research, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.

• Experience as a feature lead or rapporteur in RAN1 topics is a plus.
