We are seeking a Senior Engineer or Manager with expertise in SiC Power Technology Architecture & Design to join a leading Power R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SiC power device development, qualification, and industrialization, along with the ability to lead technology and product development while collaborating with manufacturing and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced SiC Power MOS technology from specification definition to industrialization.
- Define device architecture and process requirements using TCAD simulations and competitive analysis.
- Contribute to the technology roadmap, ensuring a leading position in the market.
- Manage and guide technical teams, driving innovation and efficiency.
Technical Expertise:
- Silicon Carbide (SiC) power technology and device architecture.
- Deep understanding of power application requirements and failure mechanisms in SiC power devices.
- Proficiency in TCAD tools (Synopsys, SILVACO, etc.).
- Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor process flows and packaging technology.
