On behalf of a client we are looking for a (Senior) Technical Expert who is spearheading the companies efforts in the area of Die-Bonding.
Our client´s technology focuses accuracy over speed. The company wants to expand its business, backed with your ideas. You will be the person who creates solutions on a system engineering level and drives innovation from a technical perspective. As Technical Expert you will be responsible for conception, planning and implementation of projects focusing industry clients.
Ideally, the person we are looking for will be located in Berlin.
