We’re working with a cutting-edge tech organisation to find two Technology Planning Experts who will support high-level innovation strategy across the EU landscape. This is not a traditional research role – it’s about spotting opportunity, shaping direction, and connecting insight to impact.

You’ll work within a small, agile coordination team, collaborating across multiple departments and engaging with partners across Europe.

What you’ll do:

• Research cross-industry innovation trends in areas like 6G, Cloud & AI, HPC, and Digital Energy

• Monitor Horizon Europe and national R&D programs across EU member states

• Translate complex research landscapes into actionable reports and strategic proposals

• Identify emerging opportunities and suggest direction for future product and project initiatives

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to support proposal submissions

Who you are:

• You have a Master’s or PhD in Telecoms, Computer Science, or similar

• You bring wide technical awareness – from telecom to AI to green innovation

• You have experience working on Horizon Europe or other EU research projects

• You’re proactive, analytical, and have a strong sense of industry direction
