About the Role:

As the UK Territory Sales Manager, you’ll lead a small, talented team of sales professionals, focusing on key customer accounts, distributor partnerships, and new business development across the UK. This home-based role requires regular travel to engage with clients and develop relationships that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Oversee and address sales needs within the UK, ensuring your team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and support a remote sales team to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Account Development: Manage key accounts, regularly visiting top customers to strengthen partnerships and introduce new products.
  • Training & Development: Provide hands-on training and mentorship to your team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
  • Distributor Relations: Work closely with distributors in your territory, conducting joint sales calls and technical presentations.
  • Event & Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at industry events, fostering new business connections and promoting brand awareness.
  • Weekly Travel: Frequent travel throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience: You have a solid track record in sales management, ideally within the electronics industry or a technical field, and can effectively lead a remote team.
  • Technical Expertise: Background in electronics, hardware sales, or engineering is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proactive and Independent: A self-starter who thrives in a remote setting and excels in managing their own schedule.

Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a Technical field is advantageous, though extensive experience in a similar role is equally valuable.
